Biography

Neil Richard Leslie

Neil Leslie is an assistant editor of the Atlantic Council.

He completed his Masters (Hons) degree in Modern History & Islamic Politics at the University of St Andrews in Scotland in the summer of 2008, focusing specifically on the EU and Iran.  He wrote his dissertation paper on "Perceptions of Islam in the West."

His areas of interest and expertise include: European integration and security; Russian resurgency and the challenge to the West; Islamic political systems, and  international & corporate law.
