Biography

Lynn Roche

Lynn Roche was a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council during 2009.

Roche is a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State.  In her 16-year career she served in Tbilisi, Hong Kong, Ulaanbaatar, Lima and Guadalajara. At the Atlantic Council she is pursuing research interests in political developments in the Caucasus, as well as regional security in NE Asia.

Her undergraduate degree is from the College of William and Mary, and she has a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
