Senior Fellows

The Atlantic Council hosts a strong visiting fellows program that brings military and Foreign Service Officers to the Council for a year as part of their senior training. We currently host fellows from all of the branches of the U.S. military as well as the U.S. State Department. During their year here, fellows have the opportunity to participate in the full range of the Council’s activities, including public and private meetings with senior leaders of the U.S. and foreign governments, workshops and panel discussions, as well as working groups tasked with examining some of the key foreign policy issues of today. The fellows also lead on projects that are of special intellectual and professional interest to them and their sending organizations.
