André Sapir, a member of the Atlantic Council's Business and Economics Advisors Group, is an Economics Professor at Université Libre de Bruxelles and a Senior Fellow at Bruegel, a Brussels-based think tank.  I had the opportunity to gather his thoughts on some key issues of interest to the Atlantic Council community.

U.S.-Iran Relations: Best-Case Scenario

A panel of Iran experts addressed the "best-case scenario" for U.S.-Iran relations at the Atlantic Council.  Dr. Kenneth Katzman, a Middle East scholar at the Congressional Research Service, presented his Atlantic Council-commissioned Compendium of Policies, Laws and Regulations that govern U.S. relations with Iran, and the discussion followed.
