On January 30, the Program on Transatlantic Relations hosted a panel discussion on “Russia’s Foreign Policy: A View from Moscow,” which featured three experts on Russian foreign policy: Yuri Fedorov, Director, Center for War and Peace Studies, Moscow State Institute of International Relations; Alexander Nikitin, Professor, Moscow State Institute of International Relations; and Evgeni Kozhokin, Director, Russian Institute for Strategic Studies.
