Lt. Colonel Michael Noble, United States Air Force

Prior to the start of his National Defense Fellowship, Lt Col Noble was System Program Director for Integrated Combat Systems, Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, Pentagon, Washington DC. He has a broad background in research, development, and test in a variety of space, ISR, and combat systems. Lt Col Noble holds an undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering, including a PhD. He is a graduate of Squadron Officer's School, in residence, and Air Command and Staff College and Navy Command and Staff College, via correspondence.
