Colonel Jeffrey Holachek, U.S. Army

Colonel Holachek comes to the Council having recently served as the Army Attaché in Moscow, where he was first stationed in 2002. Prior to his assignment in Moscow, he served as an Assistant Army Attaché in Kiev and Defense Attaché in Minsk. Holachek has also served in the Executive Office to the Director of Army Force Development. He holds a BA from Xavier University, a MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a MIA from Columbia University. Colonel Holachek is married with three children.
