Boko Haram : La menace évolue

The Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS) at the National Defense University has published French and Portuguese translations of a report by J. Peter Pham, director of the Atlantic Council’s Michael S. Ansari Africa Center, on the Nigerian militant Islamist group Boko Haram.

The report, Boko Haram’s Evolving Threat, was originally published in April as part of the “Africa Security Briefs” series published by ACSS, the pre-eminent Department of Defense institution for strategic security studies, research, and outreach in Africa.

The translations of the report into two of the most widely used official languages in Africa after English come in response to the burgeoning interest in the extremist group as it continues its increasing attacks on both governmental and civilian targets as well as its growing links with other militant groups on the continent.
