On the heels of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s visit to the United States, Energy & Environment Program Associate Director Mihaela Carstei joins CTV to discuss the Keystone Pipeline project that would transport tar sands oil from Canada and the northern United States to refineries in the Gulf coast of Texas.
Jason Healey, Director of the Atlantic Council’s Cyber Statecraft Initiative, appeared as a featured speaker, alongside the Secretary of the Air Force and other leaders, at the CyberFutures Conference held by the Air Force Association. His speech will soon be posted at their website and urged the Air Force to build “cyber-mindedness” just as it builds “air-mindedness.” To help prepare for the future the Air Force should learn the units, the operations, the “aces,” and above all the lessons from its cyber past.
These lessons will help prepare for the possible futures of cyber conflict, all of which will demand a different set of skills and capabilities for the Air Force over the next decades.
