Boko Haram's Evolving Threat

J. Peter Pham, director of the Atlantic Council’s Michael S. Ansari Africa Center, authored a new report on the Nigerian militant Islamist group Boko Haram for the Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS) at the National Defense University.

The report, Boko Haram’s Evolving Threat, was released yesterday as part of the “Africa Security Briefs” series published by ACSS, the pre-eminent Department of Defense institution for strategic security studies, research, and outreach in Africa. The series consists of concise analyses of critical security challenges facing Africa that generate practical insights on a topic or context as well as actionable recommendations for policymakers and practitioners.
