Healey on US Response to Chinese Cyber Espionage (U.S. News and World Report)

February 20, 2013

U.S. News and World Report has published an article authored by Jason Healey, director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative at the Atlantic Council, that evaluates the decade long problem of unchecked Chinese espionage and presents recommendations for the US government to press China behind closed doors and, now that the information is public, to respond publicly. The article argues that this is best opportunity in years to take direct action against Chinese cyberespionage and help to create new norms of behavior between nations.
