General Stéphane Abrial on Allied Command Transformation

Sarwar Kashmeri, a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council's International Security Program, interviewed General Stéphane Abrial, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, for the New Atlanticist Podcast Series.  They discussed the functions of NATO's Allied Command Transformation (ACT), which was created in 2003.

General Abrial will receive the Council's Distinguished Military Leadership Award along with General James Mattis, USMC, Commander of U.S. Joint Forces Command, at the 2010 Awards Dinner.
