Michele Dunne on US-Egypt Relations for NPR's Morning Edition
Relations between the US and Egypt have taken a downturn since Egyptian authorities raided the offices of seventeen nongovernmental organizations in December - three of them US-funded. Michele Dunne, director of the Atlantic Council's Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East, spoke on NPR's Morning Edition about the situation and what it means for US aid to Egypt.

General Stéphane Abrial on Allied Command Transformation
Peter Cassata | January 15, 2010Sarwar Kashmeri, a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council's International Security Program, interviewed General Stéphane Abrial, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, for the New Atlanticist Podcast Series. They discussed the functions of NATO's Allied Command Transformation (ACT), which was created in 2003.
General Abrial will receive the Council's Distinguished Military Leadership Award along with General James Mattis, USMC, Commander of U.S. Joint Forces Command, at the 2010 Awards Dinner.
