U.S.-China Energy Security Cooperation Dialogue Report
The report analyzes the proceedings of the first cooperative energy security dialogue jointly organized by the Atlantic Council's Asia and Energy Programs and co-sponsored with the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations. Discussion at the conference held October 31 though November 1, 2006 in Beijing explored areas of potential cooperation between the U.S. and China on matters of energy security and trade, climate change and the environment.
