Freedom's Challenge: Bronislaw Misztal on behalf of Lech Walesa

Lech Walesa, former President of Poland, was honored with a Freedom Award on behalf of the people of Poland at the Atlantic Council Freedom's Challenge dinner and awards ceremony, held in Berlin in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.  Secretary of State Hillary Clinton delivered the keynote address.  Bronislaw Misztal, Executive Director of the Permanent Secretariat of the Community of Democracies, accepted the award on Walesa's behalf.  Here are Misztal's remarks.
