France's Normalization with NATO

The Atlantic Council's International Security Program hosted a panel discussion on France’s normalization of relations with NATO.  The session explored the challenges facing France, NATO and the U.S. in achieving a successful, lasting partnership between France and a renovated NATO alliance.  Damon Wilson, director of the International Security Program, offered welcoming remarks and moderated the event.
