On March 19, the Atlantic Council's Dinu Patriciu Eurasia Center and Transatlantic Relations Program hosted a conversation with His Excellency Iurie Leanca, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova, as part of the Council’s Completing Europe Series.
