The panelists reviewed Rwanda’s governance model and the successes and challenges facing Rwanda in terms of democratic governance. During the question-and-answer period, they also discussed recent events in the region and allegations of Rwandan involvement in recent conflicts in the eastern part of the neighboring Democratic Republic of the Congo.
