Cheryl Topping  

Cheryl Topping is the Chief Financial Officer at the Atlantic Council of the United States. Previously, she was the Director of Financial Services at the Navy-Marine Corp Relief Society. Cheryl received a BS in Accounting from George Mason University and an Executive MBA from the College of William and Mary.

Cheryl holds an active CPA license from the state of Virginia and is a member of the AICPA.
